How to be a part…

If you have accepted Christ previously and would like to join our body of believers, or would like to commit your life to Him in repentance and faith for the first time we welcome you with joy. You may come forward at the close of worship any Sunday, although prior counsel with the pastor is always welcomed. Those considering membership as well as new members are encouraged to participate in the Life @ Gasdsden C.P. Class offer twice each year.

Every Christian's Calling

All people be they committed Christians or not are welcome to come and participate at Gadsden C.P. We also believe that God calls all people to His Son Jesus Christ in repentance of their sins and into eternal life now and forever. So, we hope that those who enjoy being with us will also find life in Christ. In today's world many profess Christ but have chosen not to follow Him in discipleship and commitment to a local church. So we hope as well that many will come into our church and find a life that fulfills God's call to Worship Him, Grow in faith, and Minister to others. This is why we plan our ministries to make sure every Christian can easily find their way into this kind of life if they are willing.

We encourage every Christian to as themselves these three questions: Am I Worshiping my Creator? Am I Growing in my faith? Am I ministering in His Church?

Our Ministry Teams

Our church is blessed to have several Christians on staff to help organize ministry and train our people to Worship, Grow and Minister. Otherwise our ministry is held in the hands of the people in our congregation though Ministry Teams, groups of four to six people each that meet monthly to pray, plan and prepare for ministry. We have teams for: Evangelism & Fellowship, Missions, Adult Discipleship, Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry and Finances and facilities. Minteams meet the third Sunday night of each month at 6:00.
